Truth & transparency

There are two core principles that we need to HEAL:

  1. The ability to admit and recognize the truth

  2. The ability to live openly and transparently.

Throughout my time as a therapist and journey in life, I have noticed that admitting and accepting the truth can be difficult, especially due to the ease that avoidance can bring. Transparency brings attention to “your business” and can cause uncomfortable exposure.

However, to access optimal health and all that God is calling you to, we NEED to embrace these two principles.

What is truth

Truth is in accordance with fact or reality. Accurate or exact. Real and genuine.

What is Transparency

Transparency are thoughts, feelings, and motives that are easily perceived and obvious.

Think of transparency as wearing a clear (see through bag) for admittance into a professional sports game. Generally speaking, you will gain quicker access with a bag that is see-through versus a bag that is not transparent.

The qualities of truth and transparency WILL assist you on your healing journey. Particularly, as you prepare to make investments in mentorship, counseling, and relationships. To maximize these connections truth and transparency are necessary.

Stay tuned this month as we explore and equip you with practical tools regarding embracing the truth and living transparently.
